TribeAID is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is part of how we serve our communities, and we are continually working to improve.
What we’ve done
- Used an easy-to-read typeface designed for low-vision readers, with large default text
- Chosen color combinations with strong contrast
- Kept the site usable with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline
- Allowed pinch-to-zoom and text resizing on phones and tablets
- Added text descriptions to meaningful images
- Labeled every form field and organized pages with clear headings
- Designed every page to work on phones, tablets and computers
Known limitations
Some features are provided by outside services that we do not fully control: our appointment scheduler, our Client Intake Form (Jotform) and our donation form (Zeffy). Our downloadable brochures are PDF files and may not be fully accessible. If any of these give you trouble, we’re glad to help another way:

- Request any document in large print, accessible electronic format or another format
